Every day, the menu is refreshed in line with the season, the weather, the chef’s inspiration and the availability of local ingredients.
The dairy products come from the finest producers in Campania; the cheeses reflect the expertise of our region, whilst the fruit, herbs and some of the vegetables come directly from the villa’s botanical garden, where heirloom varieties grow in a small secret garden.
