The suite that embodies the very soul of the villa.
The blue-ochre hues of the original plasterwork, brought to light through careful restoration, envelop the guest in a luminous tranquillity. The two rooms, totalling 35 square metres, open onto a private terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples, paved in Ogliara terracotta with white glazed details that catch the light. The 5-square-metre bathroom, the relief plasterwork and the restored solid wood fixtures complete an oasis of perfect balance, where history and beauty coexist in natural harmony.
It can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to a sofa bed in the living room.

An intimate tribute to Mediterranean tradition. Its 19 square metres, complemented by a 5-square-metre en-suite bathroom, welcome guests into an intimate and authentic atmosphere. The handcrafted terracotta flooring from Ogliara, created from the warmth of Campania clay fired in a wood-fired kiln, exudes a gentle sense of home.
The walls, in earthy tones, evoke deep roots and an ancestral connection to the land. A quiet luxury, crafted from living materials and natural light.

The handcrafted terracotta floor radiates authentic warmth, whilst the restored vaults preserve an elegance created by soft shadows and light that caresses the materials. A suite that invites you to slow down, to embrace silence, and to appreciate the beauty that reveals itself one detail at a time.

A quiet, theatrical charm that captivates without ever raising its voice. Its 33.37 square metres — divided between a bedroom and a living room with a fireplace — are complemented by a 6.37-square-metre bathroom featuring bespoke green glazed majolica tiles and a custom-made ‘shell’ motif, inspired by the Baroque tradition of Campania. The 20-square-metre private terrace opens out onto the sea, whilst the original plasterwork in historic shades of blue and the restored plaster ceilings bathe the space in a soft, almost painterly light.

An inclusive and light-filled oasis, born from the historic character of the farmhouse. Its total area of 54 square metres — comprising a 38.45-square-metre bedroom with a sitting area and sofa bed, and a spacious 13-square-metre bathroom — welcomes guests into a gentle and harmonious atmosphere. The antique-style majolica tiles in shades of beige reproduce historical motifs, whilst the bathroom, finished in resin and blue mosaic, features a double shower and Carrara marble basins. The French windows open onto the private courtyard, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.
It can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the sitting area.
The separate entrance and the lift make this suite ideal for guests with mobility impairments, striking a natural balance between comfort, elegance and inclusivity.
